Stevanato lancia roadshow per Ipo a Wall Street, offre 40 million azioni a 21-24 $ Da Reuters

MILANO (Reuters) – Il gruppo italiano Stevanato ha lanciato un roadshow per la promozione della Ipo per quotarsi a Wall Street.

La società, fondata nel 1949 e specializzata nella produzione di contenitori per il settore farmaceutico, offre 40 milioni di azioni ordinarie a un prezzo atteso tra 21 e 24 dollari per azione.

È prevista un’opzione per la sottoscrizione di ulteriori 6 milioni di azioni.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:), BofA Securities e Jefferies agiscono come lead bookrunner, mentre Citigroup (NYSE:), Ubs Investment Bank, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Wells Fargo (NYSE:) e William Blair saranno i bookrunner.
