(Reuters) – Rimac, azienda croata partner di Porsche, si quoterà in borsa nel 2022 e rileverà presto Bugatti.
Lo scrive Manager Magazin citando fonti vicine alla situazione, aggiungendo che l’azienda punta a una valutazione di circa 5 miliardi di euro.
Insieme a Porsche, Rimac rileverà presto Bugatti, che verrà inserita in una joint venture di cui Rimac deterrà il 55% e Porsche il 45%, secondo la rivista.
Nessuno da Volkswagen (DE:) o Porsche è stato immediatamente disponibile per un commento.
