Lvmh acquista 49% joint-venture Thélios da Marcolin Da Reuters

MILANO (Reuters) – Marcolin e Lvmh hanno raggiunto un accordo per l’acquisto da parte del gruppo francese del lusso della quota del 49% detenuta dalla società italiana in Thélios, la joint venture nel settore occhialeria creata nel 2017.

Lo annuncia una nota congiunta aggiungendo che Marcolin riacquisterà la quota del 10% del proprio capitale che Lvmh aveva acquistato quando era stata fondata la joint venture.

“Questa operazione rappresenta per Lvmh l’opportunità di rafforzare ulteriormente la propria presenza nel settore eyewear facendo leva sul savoir-faire italiano e per Marcolin di perseguire futuri investimenti strategici”, si legge nella nota.
