PARIGI (Reuters) – Il gruppo francese di telecomunicazioni Iliad ha confermato di aver fatto un’offerta a Vodafone (LON:) per rilevare il 100% di Vodafone Italia, ha detto un portavoce di Iliad.
Reuters ha riferito il mese scorso che Iliad, guidata dal miliardario Xavier Niel, e Vodafone erano in trattative per combinare le rispettive attività in Italia nel tentativo di far fronte alla forte competizione nel settore.
