MILANO (Reuters) – Il 7 gennaio prossimo sarà l’ultimo giorno di negoziazione delle azioni Grandvision su Euronext (PA:) con il delisting in programma per il 10 gennaio.
Lo hanno detto in una nota congiunta EssilorLuxottica e Grandvision.
A inizio ottobre è partita l’Opa obbligatoria lanciata da EssilorLuxottica sulle azioni non possedute del gruppo olandese.
Avendo raggiunto più del 95% del capitale, il gruppo italo-francese avvierà quanto prima una procedura di ‘buy-out’ al fine di ottenere il 100% delle azioni, si legge ancora nella nota.
